CNC Milling

CNC milling is a manufacturing process that uses a cutting tool mounted on a rotating spindle to selectively remove material from a block of raw substrate.

CNC Turning

CNC Turning is a manufacturing process in which bars of material are held in a chuck and rotated while a tool is fed to the piece to remove material to create the desired shape.

Large Part Machining

From small precision parts to large cumbersome projects up to 53” x 120”, we can build most anything you require to meet or exceed your specifications.

Tight Tolerance Parts

We can handle your complex parts with tight tolerance on large parts down to ± .0005” or ± .01mm

Thin Wall Turning

Thin wall turning involves machining components in a way that reduces weight while maintaining or increasing component integral strength.

Shafting

We are known for making precise large shafts made from many different materials. Shaft dimensions up to 18” diameter by 80” long.

CNC Machining Materials

There are a variety of materials that can be machined using cnc technology. The most important factor in choosing a material is its hardness and machinability. We offer the following materials:

  • Molybdenum
  • Aluminum
  • Stainless Steel
  • Plastics
